JSR 385 MR1

Yesterday Maintenance Review Ballot for Maintenance Release 1 of JSR 385 at the Java Community Process finished. MR1 of JSR 385 was unanimously approved by the JCP Executive Committee: https://jcp.org/en/jsr/results?id=6257.
